1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Arrow Rescue: Solve & Earn, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, please uninstall and cease usage immediately.

2. Gameplay License & Fair Play Rules

DevCore Studio grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to play the Game for personal entertainment. To maintain a fair ecosystem for all users, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated bots, clickers, script injectors, or modified APKs.
• Attempting to bypass security checks or exploiting bugs to fabricate coin balances.
• Creating multiple fraudulent accounts on emulators to farm referral bonuses.

Violation of Fair Play rules will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated rewards.

3. Virtual Coins & Reward Redemptions

• Virtual Coins: In-game coins have no direct fiat monetary value until legitimately redeemed through the App's official Redeem portal.
• Redemption Channels: We support disbursements via verified mobile financial channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Binance, or Mobile Top-up.
• Processing Timelines: Withdrawal requests undergo standard automated and manual anti-fraud verification and are typically processed within 24 to 72 business hours.
• Accuracy of Information: Users are solely responsible for inputting their correct recipient account/wallet number. We are not liable for transfers made to mistyped user account numbers.

4. Third-Party Services & Offerwalls

Our App features third-party offerwalls (such as PubScale) and ad networks (AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin). When you engage in third-party sponsored tasks, surveys, or game downloads, you are subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. DevCore Studio is not responsible for third-party offer completion validations conducted externally.

5. Limitation of Liability

Arrow Rescue is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. DevCore Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from technical downtime, network disruptions, or hardware malfunctions.
